Shipping Information
Every Nailrative set is crafted with intention and care. Below you’ll find details on our processing times, rates, and delivery expectations.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and Canada, as well as the United Kingdom, Europe, the Philippines, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Processing & Delivery Times
- ⟡ Processing time: 2–3 business days
- ⟡ Australia shipping:
⟡ Standard: 2–8 business days
⟡ Express: 1–4 business days - ⟡ International shipping: 6–27 business days
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Tracking information will be sent when your order is dispatched.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate tracked delivery. Free standard shipping is available on orders over 110 AUD within Australia, and 160 AUD internationally (or equivalent in local currency).

International Duties & Taxes
- ⟡ United States: Duties and taxes are prepaid by Nailrative. No additional fees will be charged on delivery.
- ⟡ All other destinations: Local duties, taxes, or VAT may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not collected by Nailrative.
- ⟡ Note: Your local courier may also apply a handling or customs clearance fee.
Address Changes
To ensure timely dispatch, we are unable to modify delivery addresses after an order is placed.
Delays & Lost Packages
Nailrative is not responsible for any delays that occur after the parcel has left our facility, as these are outside of our control. For more information, we recommend contacting your local postal service or the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us at hello@nailrative.com and we’ll assist wherever possible.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind, or requests to receive a different style or size.
However, we're here to help if there's an issue with your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- ⟡ Your order number
- ⟡ Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly. If you need to cancel or make changes, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order has already entered fulfilment, we’re unable to make changes or issue cancellations.
