Shipping Information
Every Nailrative set is crafted with intention and care. Below, you’ll find details on our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and what to expect.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Australia. We are not offering international shipping at this time.
Processing & Shipping Times
Each set is handcrafted before being shipped. Please allow:
⟡ Processing Time: 2–3 business days
⟡ Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
⟡ Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and begin processing on the next business day after they are placed.
A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $110 AUD.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
To ensure quick processing, delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited once an order is placed.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
While we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, if your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, contact us and we’ll assist where possible.
Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene reasons, all sales of Nailrative press-ons are final. However, we are committed to ensuring you have the best experience possible.
Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. This ensures that every customer receives a fresh, unused set.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

⟡ Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will assess your request and offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We begin preparing orders promptly to ensure timely dispatch. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, if fulfilment has already started, we’re unable to make changes or issue cancellations, even within the 12-hour window.
